Festival Themed Corporate Party

Festivals are fun-filled events synonymous with summer! A great choice for a corporate summer party to celebrate your employees and colleagues, a festival theme gives you plenty of opportunities to create a corporate party no one will forget. A marquee makes a wonderful blank canvas venue for an event like this; with the option to completely customise the size and shape of your space. Festival flags and brightly coloured bunting will transform your marquee, injecting the festival colour! Choose bright florals in fun containers like old paprika or tomato tins to add style to your table tops, and patterned rugs and scattered cushions for a touch of boho.

Festival Party Food & Drink

Our catering lends itself well to an outdoor event such as a festival party. We love to provide abundant vibrant summer feasts to share across the table. Family-style catering is popular not only in the wedding world, but for corporate parties too! It’s a social way of dining that allows guests to interact as they pass food to one another. Our slow-cooked lamb shoulder with tahini would go down a delight for main course, served with jewel-coloured salads. For dessert, sharing miniatures for bite-sized flavours add an interesting dimension to corporate dining.

Nothing says festival quite like local Somerset ciders! Picture buckets of iced ciders and beers to greet your guests, alongside colourful refreshing cocktails and mocktails. Our watermelon aqua fresca is a thirst-quenching mocktail we know your corporate guests will adore.

1920s Themed Corporate Party

A sophisticated corporate theme that oozes glamour; a 1920s party is a fabulous choice whatever the time of year. A bespoke marquee or glamorous hotel work equally well for a 20s venue. Dress round tables with black cloths and extravagant feather centrepieces for wow-factor. Mirrored bars and chandeliers add the right amount of sparkle, and ask your guests to arrive in their favourite suits and flapper-style dresses. After dinner, a 20s cabaret act or jazz band will have your guests partying the night away.

1920s Food & Drink

Begin your 1920s themed corporate event with canapés and Champagne, of course! Prawn cocktail served in little gem or miniature caesar salad crostinis will nod to the 20s theme. Then, after guests have mingled with Champagne in hand and perhaps to the sound of some mellow Jazz, it’s time for your sit-down dinner.

A formal plated sit-down dinner will be sympathetic to your theme, and with our gold cutlery and gold-rimmed glassware, we can bring your theme to life throughout your meal. Another corporate catering option for a larger event is our bowl food catering. Small bowls of various dishes are circulated among standing guests, for a social dining option.

For drinks, gin rickeys and mint juleps are the obvious choice! With a link to The Great Gatsby, these refreshing cocktails will instantly transport your guests back in time. We can even serve them on silver butlers trays for added theatre.

Carnival Themed Corporate Party

An opportunity to go wild with theming! A carnival corporate party will have your colleagues and employees excited from the first word. It’s a theme that allows you to decorate whimsically with all sorts of colourful options. Bedouin style tents with colourful printed interiors are a unique choice, though a barn venue will also give you a lovely space to make your own with props. The contrast of rustic barn and colourful carnival will make for an impressive aesthetic.

Drape coloured fabric from the beams, laced with fairylights or festoon lights for instant magnificence. Rustic long wooden tables can be decorated with alternating coloured napkins and gold accents. Create a space for carnival themed games and props such as hook-a-duck and a popcorn machine.

Carnival Food & Drink

Carnival themed food is fun. It’s colourful, flavourful and served in ways your guests wouldn’t expect. Why not have a walking starter to greet your guests? Whimsical bite-sized starters served on wooden boards, circulated around guests while they are able to chat and enjoy their welcome drinks. For the meal, colourful and fresh dishes will bring the plate to life! Dessert can be interactive too; doughnuts served in paper bags with syringe fillings of lemon curd and salted caramel for guests to pipe into their own pudding.

You can also have fun with your carnival themed drinks. Greet guests with an array of interesting cocktails served in different glasses for a stylistic touch. Topped with candy floss and colourful stirrers, your welcome drinks provide a great way to portray your theme. Don’t have the budget to provide a free bar throughout the event? No problem, carnival themed tokens are a lovely touch to provide your guests with one free drink after the meal. We can provide a cash bar for the rest of the evening.
