Our Food
We bring people together by making and serving great food and drinks. Our event catering is grounded in a respect for classic techniques, with a playful take on contemporary and global influences. Our food is always fresh and clean but can be familiar and comforting or bold and challenging. It depends on the setting because we flex according to our client’s needs. Sometimes it’ll be a refined, traditional and beautiful five course banquet and other times it’ll be a street food adventure. It’s always delicious and carefully sourced.
Our Team
Hospitality is a team sport so we depend on a collective of wonderful, passionate and creative individuals, brought together by a love of food, people and service. Our team thrives on new challenges so we are constantly developing new skills in a progressive environment in which dedicated and ambitious recruits thrive. We try to push on and grow but also have a fun and friendly time where newcomers are welcomed and encouraged to make their unique contribution felt.
Our Venues
We work as an extension of a venue’s in-house team and function as a seamless compliment to their operations. Our wedding and event venue partners share our passion for people, food, service and of course, our attention to detail. From rustic barn venues set within the beautiful Wiltshire countryside to chic industrial venues in Bath and Bristol city centres, our black book is bursting at the seams!
